On your phone, tablet, or a webcam, take the photo live inside Skin Evolution Suite — no snapping it, saving it to your device, and uploading. Nothing is stored until you save it to the client’s Case File after analysis — then it lives safely in your account. (Prefer to upload from your library? That works too.)
Your work is protected
Nothing disappears by accident. If you switch screens or try to leave with unsaved photos in progress, the app asks first — and deleting a photo or an entire client always takes a clear, deliberate confirmation, because those can’t be undone.

Different ways to use it
However your business runs, the flow is the same — capture a “before,” then compare over time.
For consultations
Depending on how you have your business set up:
Option A · Digital intake. Clients fill out paperwork before coming in and submit their images for your review. Upload the images into Consultation mode, get the “before” analysis, and save it to Case Files under their name.
Option B · In person. Your client comes in for the initial meeting, fills out paperwork, and you take the first photo. That’s the “before” — in Consultation mode, add the image, analyze, and save it to Case Files under your client’s name.
Track progress over time
Every visit or online check-in, capture a new image.
Add the new photo as a consultation and save it to Case Files. Then open Case Files → your client’s name → Compare. This is the magic — it shows progress (or the lack of it) side by side. Download it into your scheduling software, or just keep it here; everything stays saved in your account.
When there’s progress
Show them the results and celebrate the win. Even early in their journey it keeps them motivated, keeps you excited, and gives you proof your system is working for them.
When progress stalls
A perfect moment to show a client that progress isn’t keeping pace with expectations — and something needs to change. Use it to pinpoint what’s happening: non-compliance, products used incorrectly, the wrong products for their skin or concern, lifestyle factors, and more. Catching it early keeps the plan on track — and reduces the chance a client drifts off to seek other advice or services elsewhere.
